Returns Policy:
This returns policy is only applicable to purchases made online, and does not apply to purchases made in the Sage&Onion shop in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.
If you change your mind, please ensure your item is returned to Sage&Onion, Hebden Bridge within 14 days of the delivery date. When the item is received in the shop the original card/paypal account that was used will be reimbursed, excluding postage. A full refund will be given providing the garment has been returned in the original condition and with original tags and tickets attached. We would recommend using the Royal Mail recorded delivery service to return the garment, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in the post.
If you wish to exchange you item for a different size, colour or wash of denim, then please call the shop (01422 844688) or email (shop@sageonion.com) so that the desired item can be held for you until the returned item has been received by us. Once received, you new item will be sent to you. If you are unhappy with the exchanged item then the full returns and refund policy will be adhered to.
Sage&Onion does reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if the ordered item is no longer available for sale.
